The Chamber Worksite Wellness Committee is thrilled to present the 2018 Moonlight Bike Ride, scheduled for Saturday, July 28. The Chamber encourages community members to think “healthy” this summer. Participants may enter as an individual or family of four for this fun event.
Traditions like the Moonlight Bike Ride help to establish a culture of well-being. Wellness Committee members know it takes hard work, dedication, passion and persistence to create an environment where the healthy choice is the easy choice. They are also encouraging worksites to focus on the health and well-being of their employees both at work and at home. While striving to be a positive driving force in a movement to live better, this is just one of the many initiatives created to improve the lives of North Iowans.
Individual and family entries will ride a 10-mile loop starting in the heart of downtown under the light of a full summer moon. Registration begins at 8:30PM on ride day, with a 10PM starting time. Admission is $25 for an individual and $50 for a family of four. See registration insert for full details.
