Show your support for local agriculture by celebrating Farm-City Week.  The Chamber’s Agribusiness Committee has planned a fun and informative event that begins with an Ag Expo featuring local vendors. Exhibitors include: Ag Ventures Alliance, Alpha Media USA, Cargill Kitchen Solutions, Cerro Gordo County Farm Bureau, Farm Bureau Financial Services, Fertile Valley Gardens, Iowa State University Extension, North Iowa Broadcasting, REG Mason City, Stellar Truck and Trailer, and Fox Auction Company.

The buffet luncheon, featuring locally sourced products, will be prepared by local chef Scott Nelson.  As you enjoy your meal, you’ll be entertained by local business leaders participating in the “Who Wants to be a Farmer?” game show.  Mason City Schools Superintendent Mike Penca, KIMT News Anchor Katie Huinker, and Police Chief Jeff Brinkley will square off in a fun and informative competition.  You won’t want to miss this opportunity to support our local agribusinesses!
