Chamber members are encouraged to involve summer interns in a FREE program designed to connect young workers to our community and to each other. (Businesses who are not Chamber members may enroll interns for $100).
College Connections will provide a series of social and educational activities every Thursday, June 1-July 27. Chamber members will serve as “Lunch & Learn” speakers on a variety of topics relevant to college students and new graduates. In addition to the scheduled social activities, a list of popular area recreational activities will be provided for participants to pursue outside of the program’s regular meeting times.
Program Dates: Thursdays, June 1 - July 27, 2017
Social Activities: Regional Intern Networking Event, Community Scavenger Hunt, Mini Golf, Lady of the Lake, and more!
Lunch and Learns: Networking & Building Relationships, Leadership & Personality Styles, Young Professional Panel, Credit Reports & Credit Cards, and Evaluating Cost of Living & Fringe Benefits.
Please contact Allyson Krull, Marketing and Leadership Development Director if you would like to enroll an intern or become a program sponsor.
