The holiday season will be in full force soon, and that brings many work, school, and family celebrations. Here’s another one we invite you to attend: Operation Thank You: Snow Much Thanks on Thursday, December 10, from 4–6 PM at the Music Man Square. It’s the Greater Mason City Chamber of Commerce’s way of saying “thank you” for being a member and celebrating the year coming to an end.
Every year, members receive their packet of information, along with an invite to attend the holiday-themed networking event. This year’s theme is Snow Much Thanks, and First Citizens Bank is a proud sponsor of this event. “I encourage my coworkers to attend Operation Thank You,” said Jon Prebeck, SVP Retail at First Citizens Bank. “It’s a casual way to network with others while having fun on the clock.”
In addition to networking, you’ll also enjoy entertainment, food, drinks, games, and prizes! The Music Man Square will be decorated with custom trees for its “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” event, so it’s not hard to get in the Christmas spirit with the festive music, scenery, and treats.
Employees of all Chamber members are welcome to attend. As with all Business After Hours events, there is also the Progressive Drawing, in which all member businesses are included. If your business is drawn, representatives in attendance will win the Progressive Drawing cash. If no employees of that business are attending, the amount in the drawing goes up for the next Business After Hours event.
If you’ve never been to the Operation Thank You event in the past, please join us. This is a fun, easy way to network with other members of the Greater Mason City Chamber of Commerce. Gather your coworkers and enjoy an evening of holiday cheer and Chamber connections at Operation Thank You: Snow Much Thanks!
