The North Iowa Regional Commerce Center offers four meeting rooms with different capacities and features to fit your needs.

Board Room
Chamber members are invited to use our beautiful Board Room, complete with a screen, projector, and sound system. Also included in this room is a Keurig coffee maker.

Band Festival Room
Themed from our signature community event, the Band Festival Room plays tribute to our musical heritage.
The light-weight rectangular tables can be arranged in rows, a u-shape or as one large table, making this room very versatile. The room also has a white board to be used for meeting notes.

Farrer Room
The Farrer Conference Room is available for Chamber members to use free of charge during regular hours of business. Perfect for a small group, this room has comfortable, rolling chairs arranged around an oblong table.

First Floor Conference Room
This small conference room is located on the first floor of the Commerce Center, and it is free of charge for Chamber members during business hours. Great for small groups.

*If use of this room is requested outside of normal business hours and a Commerce Center Staff Member is NOT present at the meeting, (including set-up/tear-down time), the user is responsible for After Hours Attendant payment at a rate of $15 per hour.
