To empower and connect young professionals in North Iowa, fostering personal and professional growth, creating a supportive network, and giving back to our community through collaboration and engagement.

Our goal is to cultivate a thriving community of young professionals who support each other’s career growth, engage in meaningful community initiatives, and build lasting connections through educational events, mentorship, volunteer opportunities, and social events.

Back-to-School Block Party Shoe Drive – Volunteer Opportunity

July 13 & 14 sorting shoes | 12-3PM or 5-8PM | Mason City Arena
July 21 distributing shoes | 3-5PM or 4-8PM | Community Health Center

LINC members are encouraged to help with the United Way’s Shoe Drive event by helping sort shoes or distributing them the day of the event.

LINC Bags Tournament
Thursday, August 6 | Georgia Hanford Park, Mason City

Whether you’re a bags pro or a first-time player, this event is all about networking and having fun! Teams will be assigned upon arrival and rotated throughout the evening, giving everyone the chance to meet fellow young professionals while enjoying some friendly competition.

No partner or experience is needed—just bring yourself and get ready for a great evening of networking and bags!
