Operation Thank You

Operation Thank You is the largest volunteer-driven event of the year, with the goal of strengthening connections and celebrating our members.

Operation Thank You is a day dedicated to recognizing the businesses that drive North Iowa’s success and reinforcing the strong relationships that make our community thrive. Held each December, this volunteer-driven initiative brings members together for a meaningful day of outreach and appreciation, followed by a festive holiday celebration.

Throughout the day, Chamber volunteers personally deliver packets containing the upcoming year’s membership materials to local businesses, providing an opportunity for face-to-face engagement and conversation. Membership packets are organized by neighborhood, making it easy to volunteer with just a small time commitment. 

The event wraps up with a lively Operation Thank You Business After Hours gathering at The Music Man Square, where members and volunteers come together to celebrate the season, strengthen connections, and reflect on the year’s successes. Whether you’re delivering packets or attending the evening social, Operation Thank You is a rewarding way to engage with the North Iowa business community.
