The Workforce Committee plays a pivotal role in strengthening North Iowa’s workforce by supporting key initiatives that focus on community connection, small business needs, and workplace well-being. By providing educational opportunities for small businesses and programs like Community Conversations, the committee fosters a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected. The Community Concierge program helps newcomers build relationships within the community, easing their transition and encouraging long-term engagement. The committee also promotes workplace health and well-being, recognizing that a healthy workforce is essential for both individual success and regional growth. By driving these efforts, the Workforce Committee ensures that North Iowa remains a vibrant, attractive place to work and live. To join the Workforce Committee, contact Vice President Allyson Krull.
