To help facilitate talent attraction in North Iowa, the Chamber is coordinating a hiring fair as part of the Mason City All-Year Class Reunion at the Mason City Farmers Market on August 3. Businesses are encouraged to market to potential “Boomerangs” – people who grew up here, left for a period of time, and hopefully find their way back. The goal is to show MCHS alumni how the community has grown and changed for the better and to offer great employment opportunities so they will move back to North Iowa.
This is a great opportunity for North Iowa employers to recruit workers! Each business interested in participating in the hiring fair would commit to staffing a table with job openings and hiring information at the Farmers Market in Central Park from 9AM-12PM on Saturday, August 3.
