The Chamber’s next Building CommUNITY session is “Civility in the Workplace,” scheduled from
10–11AM on Thursday, November 13 via Microsoft Teams.
The program will feature Mary Cheddie, SHRM-SCP, an experienced
human resources professional with more than 35 years in HR, training, and strategic business planning. With over 161 million individuals participating in the U.S. workforce each day and an estimated 208 million acts of incivility occurring daily, the topic is both timely and essential.
Cheddie will discuss the causes and triggers of incivility, its effects on organizational culture, and practical strategies to create workplaces built on respect. The session is free to attend, and registration is available through the QR code.
