The next Building CommUNITY
event is a focus on career
pathways. This interactive session
is designed to bring people
together, foster meaningful dialogue about recruiting and retaining young talent, and to encourage actionable solutions to fostering our up-and-coming workforce.
Scheduled from 2-3PM on Thursday, September 18 at the NIACC Activity Center, NIACC’s Joel Pederson will emcee the event which will feature speakers Bridgette Exman Dunn from Mason City Schools, Peter Larsen from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a video from students and young professionals, artwork from students, and interactive discussions from participants.
All are welcome to attend at no charge to discuss what can be done as a community to retain young talent.
