Kelby Schultz joined the Chamber staff in 2024 as the Program and Marketing Director. Kelby is a Central Springs High School graduate of 2015 and an Iowa State University graduate of 2019.

In Kelby’s role at the chamber, he oversees all marketing strategies for the chamber and coordinate programs like North Iowa Band Festival, Golf Outing, Moonlight Bike Ride.

Kelby is excited to help support the Mason City community, businesses, and people. In his free time, Kelby enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, trying new foods and restaurants, and coaching the Mason City Dance Team.
