Leadership North Iowa (LNI) 2026 is gearing up! This dynamic program explores a wide range of North Iowa industries and topics, including distribution, manufacturing, history and tourism, education and workforce, and more. Participants also complete a project that benefits the community, putting leadership skills into action.
Designed for emerging business leaders, LNI provides opportunities to grow leadership skills, expand knowledge, and connect with other community leaders. Tuition is $600 for Chamber members. Classes are held every Wednesday from January 7 – April 22, 2026, with sessions averaging about 2 hours during the workday.
