The Moonlight Bike Ride is scheduled for Friday, August 19 under the light of a
summer moon!
Registration and activity centers will begin at 8PM. At 10PM, riders will embark on a 10-mile loop throughout Mason City, making a pit stop at NIACC. Afterward, riders will be greeted with breakfast burritos from The Happy Donkey on the downtown plaza. The Moonlight Bike Ride is a family-friendly event, and it is not a race!
Elisha Marin will be playing the Friday Night Summer Plaza Series, and has extended his set time to 5-8PM! Riders are encouraged to come downtown after work with their bikes, enjoy live music and food on the Plaza, then check in for the bike ride!
The Chamber’s Worksite Wellness Committee believes in promoting the health and well-being in the community. The Moonlight Bike Ride is endorsed by the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative.
