will be presented by Mary Cheddie via Teams webinar.
Cheddie is a certified SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of human resources and training. She has extensive knowledge of strategic planning and in starting
and turning around businesses.
Approximately 161 million people work in the U.S. each day, yet there are more than 202 million acts of incivility occurring daily. This session will cover what fuels the fire, common triggers, the impact of incivility, how to recognize incivility, and how to champion and produce a culture of civility.
