One of the most important roles of the Chamber is advocacy: listening to our business community and helping turn challenges into solutions. To strengthen that role, we have launched a new feedback space on our website where members can easily share concerns, ideas, or issues they are encountering in their day-to-day operations. Whether it is a small frustration or a larger systemic challenge, this tool is designed to make your voice easier to hear.
For issues related to city permitting, regulations, or processes, we are taking this a step further. We are tracking the themes that surface most frequently and working directly with the City to address the top issue identified each year. This creates a clearer feedback loop, moves conversations from individual experiences to broader problem-solving, and helps ensure that business perspectives are part of ongoing discussions about how our community operates and grows.
Our goal is simple: to be a true advocate for our members. This new tool gives businesses a straightforward, accessible way to share what is working, what is not, and where support is needed. I encourage you to use it. Your input, big or small, helps guide our priorities, informs our advocacy, and ultimately strengthens the business environment we all depend on.
